Why should I use Coaching?

Coaching empowers you to reach your full potential by identifying your strengths, addressing development areas, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve them. This service is ideal for those looking to:

Who will I be talking with?

Coaching sessions are delivered by member of our Organisational Services team, which includes Registered Psychologists and accredited Coaches. Each team member has specialised training in coaching and using a strength-based approach to optimise performance.


What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

The primary difference between coaching and counselling is the focus. Coaching helps you identify goals, leverage personal strengths, and take action. Counselling, on the other hand, supports personal growth and emotional wellbeing by helping individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and enhance their overall mental health.


How long does the coaching process take?

The duration of coaching varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some employees may benefit from just a few sessions to gain clarity and direction, while others may engage in ongoing coaching over several months to support long-term development. Typically, coaching programs range from 3 to 6 sessions, with follow-ups as needed. Your coach will work with you to tailor the process to your specific objectives.
