We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Employer or Organisation Funded Care (EAP)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of the session credit used for the appointment, and the cost of your session being charged to your program's funding organisation.
Medicare of Self-Funded Sessions
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in you being charged for the full cost of your session.
Payment and Claim Processing Terms
Payment for services is required at the time of your session. We can process your card details or send you a payment link by text message which allows you to use stored card information, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to pay yourself. At your option, you can choose for your payment details to be stored securely for future payments. If you have given this permission and wish to rescind it, please contact us.
If your session is covered by a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan, we can lodge a claim for you with Medicare as part of your payment. Please ensure we have your Medicare Referral and Medicare Card Details on file. Successful Medicare rebates are paid to your nominated bank account within 48 hours.
