Our clinicians are equipped with the knowledge and experience to help you with various personal challenges or conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, stress, parenting, trauma, pain, and communication difficulties. Our clinicians can also support you with several work-related challenges such as difficulties with managers or colleagues; burnout; vicarious trauma; and work-life balance.

Our clinicians take confidentiality seriously to foster a safe environment. All personal information gathered by your clinician during the provision of individual counselling will remain confidential and secure except when:
There are legal requirements to release information;
Failure to disclose the information would place you or another person at risk; or
Your prior approval has been obtained to:
Provide a written report to another professional agency; or
Discuss the material with another person.
