You'll meet with a psychologist with expertise in helping you support employees with mental health concerns. This service is particularly useful if you need guidance relating to an individual on your team and their care.
Leadership Coaching and Development
Provided by the PeopleSense Organisational Psychology Team, this service is targeted at those managers needing help with change management, performance concerns, and the psychosocial risk within their teams.
